The School of Torah-Based Emotional Growth
MASTER SOUL THERAPY

Chiburim — Torah-Based Emotional Growth and Connection
Healing the Attachment Triangle · Year One
Opens November 16

A year-long training in attachment-focused, Torah-based emotional growth.

This could be a year
of traveling from the head to the heart.
From survival to connection.
From knowing that everything is okay
to the possibility that your heart, too,
can begin to feel safe.

For women who are ready
for a deep personal journey,
and for women who coach, counsel and guide others
and want a deeply rooted language
that brings together soul, body, relationships and emunah.

You already know so much. So why does it still hurt?

Signpost of options

You have broad knowledge, deep insights, tools…
but when something touches a tender place,
all that knowledge disappears and your heart is flooded?

Why do the feelings you want least —
anger, shame, rejection, worthlessness, disappointment, hurt, fear
keep running you from the inside?

Because you know it in your mind,
but your heart hasn’t agreed yet.

In this course, something happens that few manage to teach:
not only to understand
but to feel the understanding;
not only to know
but to take it in. To live it. To make it yours.

“And take it to heart” (Devarim 4:39) – this is the heart of the course.

In the Attachment Triangle, each side affects the others.
Every repair strengthens the whole triangle.

Secure attachment with Hashem

Does your emunah stay in your head?

Or does it become a place
your heart can truly lean on?

Secure attachment in relationships

What happens to me when I’m close to someone?

How do I respond to distance,
disappointment or conflict?

Can I be in a relationship
without losing myself?

Secure attachment with myself

Do I know how
to stay with myself even when it hurts?

Do I listen to myself?

Or do I panic right away,
criticize myself, or abandon myself?

In this course we’ll go deep into the heart of our relationships:
secure attachment with our Creator,
secure attachment with yourself,
and secure attachment with the people in your life.

So often we already know in our minds what’s right.
We recognize our patterns and understand where they came from.
But in a moment of hurt, distance, criticism or uncertainty,
the heart can still slip back to its old places on autopilot:
shrinking, people-pleasing, clinging, pulling away,
erasing ourselves, or feeling that we have to hold everything up alone.

In this course we’ll learn to build a secure base within ourselves.
A steady inner place that lets you stay connected to yourself
even when the person in front of you doesn’t respond the way you hoped.

We’ll go deeper into healthy differentiation and boundaries,
healing patterns of dependence and people-pleasing,
emotional regulation,
building the voice of a “corrected inner mother” within you,
and turning relationships from a place of survival
into a space of real connection.

Not changing everyone around you,
but building within you a woman
who doesn’t lose herself in a relationship.

And from that place we’ll also deepen our secure attachment to Hashem:
moving from an emunah I know in my mind
to an inner experience where my heart can truly lean,
and feel accompanied, loved and held.

From survival to connection.
From dependence to an inner anchor.
From people-pleasing to healthy differentiation.
From “I have to hold everything up alone”
to “I have someone to lean on.”

This is a journey toward a steadier,
freer, more connected life:
with yourself,
with the people you love,
and with the Creator of the world.

“I don’t see this year as just a course. To me it is an invitation to a journey. A journey from the head to the heart. From survival to connection. From struggling with yourself to being able to be with yourself. And from knowing that Hashem is with you — to the possibility that your heart, too, can lean on Him.”

— Chava Shmilovitch, from her letter in the course syllabus

Want to build a more secure attachment
with yourself, with others and with Hashem?

Every relationship rests on your relationship with yourself and with your Creator.
In this year-long course we’ll focus on deeply strengthening every connection in your life.

Connection with yourself!

Internalized Secure Base

Your relationship with yourself,
the way you treat yourself physically, emotionally and spiritually, is the most meaningful and important relationship you have,
and it is the root of every other relationship in your life.

Once your relationship with yourself heals –
all the relationships in your life will naturally change and heal too.
So this year we’ll begin with your connection
to the deeper layers of who you are,
so that you learn to be your own best partner!
You’ll learn to love and accept
every part of yourself,
and in this way heal the weak places that are needy and thirsty for love.

You’ll learn to recognize your essential needs,
and to be good to yourself!
You’ll know how to take
responsibility for your own happiness.
You’ll discover the abundance
that lives inside you,
and you’ll know how to grow
a deep, unconditional love and appreciation
for who you are right now.

You’ll learn to listen
to your heart and to the deep inner voices within you.

To be true to yourself.
To be connected
to your unique mission
in the world.
To clear away what blocks you
from loving and accepting who you are.
To discover and connect
to your true
inner essence.
And to simply feel good,
and live well, with yourself!

Connection with Hashem!

Secure attachment with Hashem

You’ll learn how to open up
and build a personal, inner,
everyday relationship with the Source of light in your life!

In this course you’ll learn
to build the most powerful relationship of your life:
with the All-Powerful, the Merciful, the Good One, who loves you without conditions
and listens to you
with endless patience.

The One who knows you
better than anyone in the world!
Master of every ability
and every power!

Ruler of the upper and lower worlds,
the Creator of the world,
in a personal relationship with you!

Your relationship with Hashem is a source of healing for your relationship with yourself, and it helps purify and improve your relationships with others.

Throughout the course we’ll work together on this healing connection with Hashem, which is a key to a fuller, steadier and more peaceful life.

Building a deep connection of the soul with Hashem brings real inner strength,
a new outlook, healing for your emotions and a change in your thoughts from the root.
We’ll strengthen and deepen that connection by growing emunah and bitachon in His goodness and kindness.

And through practices and guided personal tefillah you’ll open your heart again to trust fully in the One who runs your whole life,

and increase the inner joy
in your life.
When your connection with Hashem heals, a deep change takes place within you: mistaken thoughts are released, and relationships are cleansed of negative emotions.
This is the most fundamental change
you will ever experience!

Connection with others!

Secure attachment in relationships

Out of the deep work
on the roots of your relationships
(your connection with yourself and with your Creator), your relationships
with others will change for the better.

You’ll learn to see
your relationships
as a meeting of neshamos
that can strengthen you.

You’ll come to your relationships softer, more open, stronger, steadier, more secure, sensitive and accepting,
and better able to be
empathetic, attentive, forgiving and full of love.

During the course you’ll learn to become a healing presence
for your whole family.

You’ll receive tools
to clear negative emotions
out of relationships,
to purify the atmosphere,
and to create real,
nourishing, deep encounters
between you and the neshamos
around you.

You’ll learn to be
a supportive, nourishing environment
for everyone around you,
and to build around yourself
a supportive, nourishing environment for you, too.

You’ll get every tool
you need to
make a meaningful change
in your home,
with your children,
and to share your needs
in a way that brings you closer.
Elevate the most important
relationships in your life.

Professionals on Chava

Rebbetzin Chava is a woman of broad, deep knowledge. I received tools from her that still serve me today, more than a decade later. I warmly recommend her course: serious, deep and fun! You’ll get tools for your personal and professional life.
Dr. Ada Weinstein
Psychodramatist
I had the privilege of traveling with Rebbetzin Chava to the kivrei tzaddikim. Chava brings women together and creates a truly good, feminine atmosphere. She is inspiring. The classes, the activities and the tefillos she led were truly, truly wonderful. I recommend her to everyone!
Ziva Meir
Parenting Facilitator
Chava takes the depth of Torah and Chassidus and turns them into creative tools, tools for life, working tools for joyful women, women who are truly alive. I warmly recommend getting to know Chava, her materials… her tefillos.
Dr. Esti Lev
Integrative Physician and Phototherapy
Looking closely and deeply at her materials, you discover that she offers learning of an excellent standard, at a level that integrates soul, spirit and body. She combines them wisely and deeply. She has a deep, sensitive and mature understanding of the soul and of our meaningful relationships as human beings. Her work makes it possible to heal wounded parts of the soul, which brings strength to our meaningful relationships and helps create a meaningful life full of vitality. Whoever has the privilege of becoming her student and applying her method will gain enormously in her emotional, family and spiritual life.
Yitzchak Bachar
MA, Clinical Psychologist, Diagnostician and Couples Therapist
One of the things that allows a person to experience happiness is building true meaning in life. Tefillah focuses a person on that meaning by creating personal, precise expression. The special work of Rebbetzin Chava Shmilovitch is without a doubt a force that increases happiness, because it deepens meaning. I was very impressed by her unique work, which allows a person to connect to himself and to his Creator.
Dr. Oz Martin
Psychotherapist
I was very impressed both by the emunah-based approach at the foundation of the method and by the depth of thought and thoroughness that accompany the process in the workshops. The approach has a consistent, logical progression that shows depth of both thought and feeling, and reflects an exceptional understanding of people. I am confident that a student who goes through the process wholeheartedly will grow and rise higher, while gaining tools for coping with the many challenges of daily life. Going through a process like this is true avodas Hashem.

Original Hebrew letter from Rabbi Azriel Auerbach

Rabbi Azriel Auerbach, shlit"a

Rav of the Chanichei HaYeshivos Synagogue, Bayit VeGan, Jerusalem

23 Kislev 5772

B"H

Compiling books of chizuk for women, in their important role on the path of faith, is a beautiful thing in our time: to uplift and strengthen the spirit of women, so that each can fulfill her role with modesty, in raising the children and in upholding the home on the foundations of faith and fear of Heaven.

“Blessed above women in the tent” is the esteemed woman, Mrs. Chava Shmilovitch, may she live, for her fruitful work.

Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshivat Nezer Yisrael for the study of the revealed and the hidden Torah, the inner dimension of Torah and Chassidut, Beit Shemesh

Kislev 5772

B"H. To the honored Rabbi Shmilovitch, may he live,

I leafed briefly through the precious book Mafte’ach Le’Or HaChanukah (A Key to the Light of Chanukah) that you brought before me. I did not go through all of it, but in the little I studied I saw that the words are drawn from the wellsprings of Chassidut and Mussar, the illuminations of our holy teachers that bring the soul closer to the service of Hashem.

And although, naturally, I endorse only the content that passed before my eyes, my hand is extended with abundant blessing and deep appreciation for your devotion to bringing the hearts of Israel closer to their Father in Heaven, out of pure faith in Hashem and in the tzaddikim, with sincerity and simplicity.

I say of this good work: well done. Your deeds are very precious in this generation of ours, which so needs every good word of strengthening and encouragement for weary hands, and the raising up of the lamp of Hashem in the souls of the holy people, who yearn and long to truly return to their root and to cling to the good.

“From the remaining flasks a miracle was wrought for the roses,” and may we soon merit the setting up of the lamp of the son of Yishai, our Mashiach, speedily in our days, Amen.

With blessing, Avraham Tzvi Kluger

Erev Chanukah 5770

I, too, join the words of my friend, our teacher Rabbi Avraham Tzvi Kluger, shlit"a, Rav of the Nezer Yisrael community in Beit Shemesh, on the importance of the book Mafte’ach Le’Or HaChanukah, whose words are drawn from the wellsprings of Chassidut and Mussar, and on the holiness of the days of Chanukah, in that they shine specifically below ten handbreadths, at the entrance of one’s home, on the outside, and into the darkness of the long nights, raising up there, too, the light of Hashem, in the sense of “Though I sit in darkness, Hashem is a light for me.”

The words strengthen and encourage, and bring the hearts of Israel closer to their Father in Heaven.

Therefore I say of this good work: well done, and it is fitting to print it and spread it among Israel. May they merit all the blessings promised to those who bring merit to the many, and may we soon merit the salvation of Israel with the coming of our righteous redeemer, speedily in our days, Amen.

Shmuel, son of the righteous gaon, our teacher Rabbi M. Brandsdorfer, of blessed memory

Added beneath it in his own hand: “I, too, join the words of my friend, and I see the great importance of printing the book HaMafte’ach Le’Or HaChanukah.” Rabbi Nissan Dovid Kivak, Yeshivat Me’irat Einayim, the holy city of Jerusalem, may it be rebuilt speedily in our days.

Yeshivat Me’irat Einayim, Jerusalem. Words of Blessing

How much we have to thank Hashem, who gave us a Torah of truth, mitzvot and good deeds, and also straight paths by whose light we live and merit eternal life. For this we must seek and search in the words of the tzaddikim, who shine the light of the Torah upon us, so that we may merit to find the point of light of faith: to illuminate our soul with the light of the Torah, to find settledness of mind and a correct understanding that leads to keeping the Torah, and to find counsel for everything that passes over us, so as to stand up to life’s trials with the spirit of vitality and joy that comes from keeping the Torah.

Read the full letter

Since it is known and clear how one should seek the ways of the Torah through the accepted channels, through the scholars of the yeshivot and the halachic authorities, through walking in the ways of the tzaddikim and the light of understanding found in every home when the head of the family draws close to guides whose words are upright, from our teachers of blessed memory, it is understood that one must make vessels and find a way for the words of our teachers, may their merit shield us, to lead to Torah, to the service of the Creator, and to an awakening of the heart to fear of Heaven, to a spirit of strengthening on which the ways of serving Hashem stand. It is known that in these generations of ours it is “a time to act for Hashem,” and there is a need to expand on and explain every matter until it can be grasped in the heart and mind of the listeners. Therefore, once it is clear what falls within the definition of Torah and of revealing Torah insights, and what is the definition of explanation, and once one is careful not to enter into approaches that contain what does not come from the tzaddikim, there is then a defined place for ways of explanation and elucidation that the broad public greatly needs. This is the work of gathering together the insights and ideas brought in the holy books, with the aim of explaining them so as to find what will be understood and accessible to all, to help according to the capacities and ways of understanding of the many shades of the tribes of Jewish souls who receive them. How good and how necessary it is for the many to collect and arrange passages and sayings, and to go on to bring prayers and supplications, adding simple and upright understanding and also sound reasoning, so that from all of it a way of life emerges: to understand the ways of truth through which the light of the Torah can be shone upon all the souls who thirst and hunger, for whom a word of truth is the food and water their eyes are lifted up to receive.

For this we must thank Hashem that there are those who are awakened with a true desire not to ignore this need, and who do what they can to help, to show a welcoming face and to explain ways of reason and understanding that are of benefit. In our generation it is clear that this is the great charity and the greatest kindness, needed more than anything; even a small word and a little help that illuminate and are extended to another accomplish a great deal. All the more so when people devote themselves to establishing classes and also to writing and printing, with words of truth in them, arranged in an order that brings the soul, in practice, to succeed in finding a way of straight and correct thinking. This is the blessing for illuminating the light of understanding. Therefore I count it a merit for myself to add my blessing, the blessing of an ordinary person, to the book brought before me by Rabbi Shmilovitch, shlit"a, which was written by his wife, to help all who turn to it to be helped by the light of the Torah.

May it be Hashem’s will that the book, which was written for the sake of Heaven and whose words are directed at helping the many find the right path and settledness of mind in the light of faith, succeed in accomplishing its work, a complete work of redemption of the soul, which will bring about an awakening of hearts to complete repentance and bring the complete redemption, speedily, Amen.

With blessing, Nissan Dovid Kivak

Original Hebrew letter from The Biala Rebbe

The Biala Rebbe, shlit"a, Rabbi Yaakov Menachem Rabinowitz

Beit HaRav of Biala, Bnei Brak. Letter of Blessing

Thursday, 23 Cheshvan 5779

B"H

At the giving of the Torah at Mount Sinai, in the third month after the Children of Israel went out of the land of Egypt, on that very day they came to the wilderness of Sinai, and Hashem called to him from the mountain: “Thus shall you say to the House of Jacob and tell the Children of Israel.” Rashi explains: “Thus shall you say, in this language and in this order. To the House of Jacob: these are the women; say it to them in a gentle language.” So far the holy words of Rashi. We see two things: that it was said to the women first, and in a gentle language.

Therefore my heart rejoiced when I saw this wonderful work, leaves for healing: words of strengthening and awakening for the House of Jacob, the women, on matters of faith, trust and joy in the service of Hashem, and other matters that are as necessary as cold water for a weary soul, to awaken from the slumber of the times and from the materialism that keeps our souls from drawing close and from joy, and to pass in peace through the trials and the crises without any harm, and with good sense and understanding. And all of it is founded on faithful foundations, from the light of the seven days, the Baal Shem Tov, zy"a, and his disciples, may their merit shield us. It is great in quantity and in quality, and each and every one, whatever her situation, can find in it what she seeks, things that touch her very self.

Through this, may their eyes be enlightened and their hearts rejoice, “and he shall return and be healed.” And may it be Hashem’s will that you merit many more years of magnifying the Torah for the honor of Heaven, out of joy, song and gladness. “Israel is redeemed only in the merit of repentance,” and in the merit of righteous women our fathers were redeemed from Egypt, and “I shall redeem you at the end as at the beginning.” Amen, may it be His will.

As the prayer of your friend, who writes for the sake of the mitzvah. Signed and stamped: Yaakov Menachem Rabinowitz, son of my father and teacher the Rebbe, zy"a, of Biala

Still not sure this course is right for you?

I know you want a solution right now, and maybe you’re looking for a short course that promises instant results.
I can tell you straight from experience that this never works. In the end, the shortcut is the long way, and the cheap option is the expensive one.

Sometimes women who hear that this is a year-long course that takes real commitment decide not to sign up and look for a shorter route. But that route usually deals only with the outer symptoms and doesn’t reach the root of the problem, so the problem comes back, continues, or changes shape. Then they come back to me a year or two later, understanding that the soul has its own pace, and that it takes an investment of time and resources to receive truly life-changing tools for healing the soul.

Change takes time. And if not now, when? If you don’t invest the time this year, how will you make sure you don’t repeat the same mistaken thinking? How will you make sure you don’t fall back into the same feelings? If you want to secure the change you’ve been hoping for, now is the time.

If you have a question about this, you’re welcome to set up a consultation call with my team or with me. We’ll hear what you specifically need and see whether the course content will answer it.

For a direct conversation with my team, or to set up a no-cost call with me: +972-52-481-6991

I love learning in person too, but learning on Zoom has a few advantages:
First of all, if you live far away, in the north, the south, or outside Eretz Yisrael altogether, it’s the only way to receive the tools I’ve developed.

And when circumstances don’t let us meet face to face, here are the advantages:

  • Saving a lot of travel time
  • Saving on gas and travel costs
  • Full focus on the material
  • More learning material
  • You can watch the classes in your free time, which gives you more time to process the course material at a deep, practical level

Some women worry that a lot of Zoom time will be spent on sharing, so I want to say that each class has a structure. This group isn’t meant for sharing, but for learning that is mainly a blend of study and experience. I’ll teach the material, give a practice exercise that I’ll demonstrate with one of the women or lead with the whole group (that’s the time to bring examples we can learn from for the practice itself), and finally a relaxation to help the material settle in.

There will be some time for questions, but it will be limited. For sharing and questions, I open a WhatsApp group, so it doesn’t come at the expense of the learning time you signed up for. And it’s up to you whether to join the discussions or not.

If you’ve read this far…
you probably want to make a change in your life.
Leave your details and we’ll gladly get back to you
for a conversation that opens a new page in your life.
