Programs With Chava
Every woman’s path is different. Some want a full year of guided learning, some a single day of closeness and renewal, and some a quiet space to work on something personal. These are the ways you can learn and grow with Chava Shmilovitch.
Chiburim — Torah-Based Emotional Growth and Connection
Chiburim (“connections”) is Chava’s year-long course, opening November 16. Year One builds a deep foundation of connection: to yourself, to your emotional world, to the people you love and to the Borei Olam. The goal is not a life without difficult feelings, but a place within you that knows how to meet them.
The year is organized as three gates:
- Free From Suffering: understanding the roots of pain and building a secure relationship with yourself
- Healing Relationships: moving from survival patterns toward secure, respectful connection, with healthy boundaries and closeness without losing yourself
- Emotional Processing and Leaning on Hashem: working with the inner child and the body, tefillah as a place of connection, and bitachon that the heart can feel
The course is experiential, combining Torah and Chassidus, emotional processes, relaxations and Jewish meditation, and practical tools for daily life. Participants also join a private WhatsApp group for support and shared inspiration throughout the year. English speakers are warmly welcome.
Retreats
Chava’s retreats are an intimate day for a small group of women: closeness, depth, nourishing food and space to breathe, open up and meet your own heart. They are a special chance to get to know Chava up close and to experience her guided processes in person. Each retreat centers on one theme. The most recent, Teivat Noach, focused on building an inner place of safety even when life feels stormy.
Retreats take place in Ramat Beit Shemesh. To hear about upcoming dates, join our WhatsApp community.
Private Sessions
For women who want personal attention, Chava offers one-on-one sessions. Together you explore what is weighing on you, look gently for its root and find a path forward rooted in emunah and Torah wisdom.
To ask about a private session, write to Chava on WhatsApp: +972-52-481-6991.
Teivat Noach Meditation Membership
For daily nourishment at home, Teivat Noach – Zman Neshama is Chava’s online library of guided relaxations, meditations and declarations. See the Meditations page for more.
