Soul Therapy Meditations
In the middle of a full and noisy life, the heart needs a place to rest. Chava’s guided meditations, called “relaxations” in Hebrew, invite you to slow down, breathe and feel held by Hashem. They are gentle, rooted in Torah and Chassidus, and made for real women with real days.
Teivat Noach – Zman Neshama: An Ark for Your Soul
Teivat Noach – Zman Neshama, “Noah’s Ark – Time for the Soul,” is Chava’s meditation membership. Just as the ark sheltered Noach and his family through the flood, these recordings help you build an inner place of safety, so that even when life feels stormy, there is somewhere within you to rest.
Members receive access to a growing online library that they can return to whenever they need it.

Who It Is For
Teivat Noach is for any woman who wants a few minutes a day to come home to herself and to Hashem. It suits beginners and women who have learned with Chava for years. There is no right way to listen. Many women play a recording before sleep, during a quiet morning moment or whenever the heart feels crowded.
