The Approach Behind the Work
Many women tell Chava the same thing: “I know so much. I understand so much. But inside, it still hurts the same.” Chava’s approach was built for exactly that gap, between what we know and what the heart can actually feel. Here is a glimpse into the ideas that shape it.
From the Mind to the Heart, and Back Again
The work moves in two directions. From the mind to the heart: Torah learning, emunah and a new perspective are brought gently into the places that hold pain. From the heart to the mind: we listen to the emotion, to the body and to lived experience, and let them teach us what they carry. When both directions meet, understanding stops being an idea and starts to change how we live.
Every Pain Has a Root
Behind anger, anxiety, people-pleasing or withdrawal there is usually a deeper layer: an unmet need, an old memory or a way the soul learned to protect itself. Chava’s method, known as Soul Therapy, does not stop at the surface reaction. It looks, with compassion, for the root, not to blame anyone or to stay in the past, but to create more calm, choice and freedom today.
Inner Child, Guided Relaxation and Tefillah
Chava’s classes weave together several gentle tools: reconnecting with the younger parts of ourselves that still need warmth, guided relaxations that help the body and heart settle, and tefillah as a place of true, personal speaking with Hashem. Each one is learned in a supportive setting, step by step, with Chava’s guidance.
Watch: A Peek Into Chava’s Approach
In this English class, Chava speaks about building a close, personal relationship with Hashem, shares practical tools from Torah sources and ends with a short meditation to open the heart.
